I have been lucky over the years in that I have been privy to these fab cakes on various occasions, now Susan has finally decided
to show the world what she is made of or more like what her cakes are made of (sorry I couldn't help it).
A long time friend, having known her since she was being taught to escape
from the garden by my sister at the age of 4, but what I didn't know was just how talented she was, then she started showing off her baking skills.
